Below the answers to some common questions:
- How can I place an order?
You can contact us only through the shop to place your order. That way we always have all your information ready and we can handle your order quickly. This will ensure that there is uncertainty regarding your order. Telephone ordering is also therefore not possible.
- How can I pay?
We use generous payment options. You can pay us by VISA, Bank Transfer, PayPal and COD so you can pay cash to the postman (only when shipping in the Netherlands).
- How long should I wait until I receive my order?
This depends on several factors. If we got he desired product in stock you will receive it within 48 hours. If we should receive the product from the dealer, then the delivery time is usually 4 to 5 days unless they themselves got the desired model temporarily out of stock. The delivery may be longer, unfortunately.
- I see the model or the color of my choice is not there. Can I order it?
It is possible that you do not see the desired color or the desired model in our shop. But we can easily deliver all models and colors to you. If you let us know what you need, we ensure that the product is visible in our webshop as soon as possible.
- How can I get in touch with you if I have questions?
The best you can send us an email at info@ shopname.nl or through the contact form. We always respond quickly to emails, and within 12 hours. You can also phone us, but unfortunately we do not always succeed immediately to answer the phone. An email in our opinion is therefore preferred.
- I have seen the same product cheaper elsewhere. Why?
Of course it may be that you see a product cheaper somewhere else. If you see a lower price from an authorized dealer within the European Union, we are happy to see if we can offer the same or even better price.
On price with retailers outside the EU, we unfortunately do nothing. Some vendors use in different parts of the world sometimes different prizes. It is important that you be aware that when you buy from a shop outside the EU or from an unauthorized retailer you will often have no guarantee on your purchase.
- What is the warranty on my product?
All our products are sold with the standard factory warranty of 2 years.
- Are there things that are not covered under warranty?
Unfortunately there are always things that are not covered by any warranty. In the example of watches the crown, glass and the wristband are not covered. The batteries are not covered under warranty at all. In all cases we put any problem to the supplier / manufacturer. They assess the problem and determine whether or not there is guarantee.
- Can I order spare parts through you like a new band?
You can always ask if we can help you to find a spare part. We do not have any spare parts on stock and availabillity dependents on the supplier.
- I have my watch not purchased through you, can I invoke the warranty with you?
Unfortunately this is not possible. In case of warranty, you got to get the warranty through the selling dealer / shop. We can not help you with this.
- What is your relationship with Nixon, Nooka an Void Watches? Are you part of the Nixon, Nooka and/or Void Watches company?
We are like our colleague (web) shop just a salespoint of these brands. The only difference is that we are the largest in the Netherlands in the sale of Nixon products. There is no direct relationship between our company and Nixon. For Nooka and Void Watches we carry a separate shop for these brands because we believe in the brand same like we do with Nixon.
